Prices & Conditions

I offer price scale according to income. On the one hand, I want to make therapy accessible to as many people as possible, and on the other hand, I want to be paid fairly for my work and be able to make a living from it. I trust in honest self-assessment.

The regular fee is for you if you are financially stable. This means that you can easily cover all your essential expenses (food, housing, clothing). To finance the therapy, you may have to reduce a few expenses (culture, eating out, etc.), but you should not have to cut back on your basic needs.

The solidary fee is for you if you are financially secure. This means that you can afford cultural and other leisure activities, pay for regular holidays, decide how you want to cover your basic needs (e.g. buying food from organic shops, regionally produced clothing, high-quality home furnishings or similar) and have reserves to fall back on for unexpected expenses (broken fridge, bicycle repairs, etc.). People who pay for therapy sessions at a solidarity rate enable me to offer more services at a social price. Thank you!

The social fee is for you if you would not be able to pay for therapy without restricting your basic needs.

First Meeting

How to pay?

I will issue an invoice monthly, summing up the appointments that have taken place.

How long should my session be?

For some, 90 minutes per appointment is helpful so that there really is enough time to arrive physically, get involved and finalise everything. For others, it’s good to have 60 minutes and then take a break from focussed work. If you already know what you need, you are welcome to say so at the beginning. Otherwise, we’ll start with 60 minutes and figure out thebbest time frame for you.

Cancellation fee

I ask you to cancel appointments that you cannot attended at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise I will charge 75% of the fee because I cannot give the appointment to another person at such short notice.

Coverage of therappy costs

Some private health insurances or supplementary insurances (e.g. Barmenia, Envivas, Continentale) cover the costs of therapy. If this is of interest to you, please contact me and I will help you with the reimbursement of costs to the best of my knowledge.

As a rule, the costs of my programmes are not covered by public health insurance companies. There is, however, advantage for you:

  • No diagnosis is required for treatment. We can simply work on what you are experiencing and need.
  • Appointments can be made at short notice, as no application via general practitioners/health insurance companies/… is necessary.
  • Third parties are not informed (insurance companies or employers). This is an advantage for the conclusion of future insurance policies or in the case of civil servants.
  • We can choose the methods according to your needs.
  • The duration and frequency of appointments are based on your process rather than rigid treatment templates.

At the same time, it may be possible to claim independently financed therapy or professional counselling/coaching as medical expenses or business expenses in your tax return.
